The program aim and its distinctive feature is to prepare highly skilled managers who are able to take right decisions in various managerial situations.

Program is aimed at forming skills in the field of general management, as well as at development integral views on management, market economy and company policy.

Target group: company managers, departments’ heads.

Format of study: modular

Faculty: highly skilled university lecturers, and experienced business trainers – practitioners.

Duration of study: two years that include 6 trimesters.

Upon completion of the program, students obtain

  • State Diploma on Master (MBA) degree awarding;
  • Certificate on completion the certain MBA courses;
  • Reference letters of MBA faculty (on request).

Admission to the program: during the year.

Admission requirements: Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience (senior and top position), personal motivation.

Students are admitted on the basis of interview or writing an essay.

Application procedure includes submission of the standard package of documents:

  • original diploma on higher education degree (notarized copy);
  • contract (2 copies);
  • copy of the identity card;
  • 4 pictures (3x4);
  • copy of the work-record card, TRN
  • 2 recommendation letters.

Classes are conducted in interactive form. During the classes, students get hand out materials, together with trainers, they study theory and practice of the course, work on cases and participate n business games. The other time (between sessions) students take consultations of their faculty, work on individual projects (normally they use materials of companies where they work).

Classes are conducted in the International Business School at Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University.
